Sara Helen Moore Remembered

Sara Helen Moore, almost 98 years young passed away in Charlotte, September 3, 2020. She was born in Durham, NC, November 22, 1922.  Sara Helen served as president of Euterpe Music Club in Greensboro and as state president of NCFMC from 1984-86. She was a life member of NFMC, a Rose Fay Thomas Fellow, and served as national chairman of American Music as well as vice-president of NFMC, Southeastern Region.  Sara Helen also served as national representative from NC on the board of NFMC. There will be a private funeral for family where Sara Helen will be interred in the Columbarium of Christ United Methodist Church in Greensboro, September 19, 2020.  Memorial contributions may be made to NFMC, 1646 W Smith Valley Rd., Greenwood, In 46142.  For full obituary, see Forbis & Dick Funeral Home, Greensboro.
